About DaviDO
Personally committed.With a clear standard.
DaviDO Facility Services stands for professional exterior cleaning in Dortmund and the surrounding area. The focus is on your property, understandable advice and carefully planned work.
David Visan – your contact
My name is David Visan. With DaviDO I combine my technical understanding with my experience in quality processes and organisation. It matters to me that you know from the outset which work makes sense, what is agreed and what the next steps are.
Every property has different conditions: materials, age, soiling and access vary. That is why suitable cleaning starts with looking closely and asking the right questions.
My aim is a collaboration that stays clear and straightforward for you – with personal contact, understandable information and an agreed scope of work.
What you can expect from DaviDO
Personal coordination
Your request is discussed directly. We clarify questions about the surface, process and preparation together.
A suitable approach
Material, condition and access form the basis for planning. Possibilities and limits are discussed before work begins.
A clear scope of work
You should be able to see which services are planned. Additional effort is raised and agreed.
Dortmund is part of our name.
The DO in DaviDO stands for Dortmund. This is our connection to the region and to the people whose houses, driveways and exterior surfaces we want to look after. Whether private or commercial property: the focus is a well-kept appearance and working together as equals.
Just like the first day.
Our motto describes our view of the result: exterior surfaces should look well-kept and inviting again. What can be achieved depends on the material and its condition. That is exactly why an honest assessment and a suitable approach belong together for us.
Let's get to know your property.
Send us initial photos or describe your project. Together we will clarify the right next step.
