Terms and Conditions

Note: These Terms and Conditions are provided in English for convenience. The German-language version ("Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen") is legally binding and shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.

§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between DaviDO Facility Services and customers for exterior and building cleaning services.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded upon written order confirmation.

§ 3 Prices & payment

The prices stated in the quotation apply, including statutory VAT.

§ 4 Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Professional liability is covered by our insurance.
