Roof cleaning
Free roof condition check
- Visual assessment based on submitted photos
- Review of visible contamination
- Assessment of roofing material and accessibility
- Recommendation of a generally suitable approach
- At a later on-site visit, optionally a small test spot on a safely accessible spare tile or a suitable, inconspicuous area
For safety reasons, we cannot offer a free roof walk-on inspection or roof cleaning without a prior technical and organisational review.
Solar panel cleaning
Free solar system condition check
- Photo assessment of visible contamination
- Assessment of accessibility
- Review of whether safe, material-friendly cleaning appears possible
- For safely accessible systems, optionally a free cleaning of a single panel or a small comparison area
A free trial cleaning of one panel is only possible if the system is accessible without safety risk and without disproportionate effort.
Gutter cleaning

- Review of submitted photos
- Where accessibility allows, optionally a brief camera or visual inspection of a reachable section
- Assessment of visible blockages
- Review of the cleaning scope
- Recommendation for cleaning and inspection intervals
The free check does not include a complete cleaning or full functional test of all downpipes.
Facade cleaning
Free facade test area
- Assessment of facade material and contamination
- Selection of an inconspicuous small test spot
- Small test area, approx. 20 × 20 cm up to a maximum of 50 × 50 cm
- Comparison between treated and untreated surface
- Only after a compatibility check
For sensitive, damaged or unknown facade materials, carrying out a test area may be declined or replaced with a condition analysis only.
Window cleaning
Free window trial cleaning
- Free cleaning of one normally accessible standard window or a small glazed area
- Comparison of the cleaning result
- Assessment of overall scope
- Advice on frames, rebates, shutters and hard-to-reach areas
Requirements: Normal accessibility · No aerial work platform · No particular fall risks · Only within our regular service area · Subject to available trial appointment slots
Conservatories, glass roofs, very high windows or special glazing are excluded from the free trial cleaning, but can still be assessed free of charge.
Paving & driveway cleaning
Free paving test area
- Small test area of approx. 0.5 up to a maximum of 1 m²
- Assessment of the material
- Trial of a suitable cleaning method
- Visible before-and-after comparison
- Advice on joint treatment and after-care
Stains such as oil, rust, paint or deeply set discolouration may not be fully removable. The test area is for assessment only and is not a result guarantee for the entire surface.
